A Community Art Project
Now in its sixth year, 50/50, A Community Art Project invites local artists, designers, hobbyists, and crafters to join this group exhibition. The first 50 registrants receive a complimentary 4" x 4" wood block, which they take home and transform into an original work of art.
Through 50/50, CAAC seeks to lower barriers to accessing art. This equitable opportunity allows all local artists, crafters, and creators to show their work in a gallery exhibition. In addition, by keeping the price point low, a broad audience can purchase these original artworks. With a diverse group of local talent, 50/50 continues to generate excitement around local arts each year.
Registration open September 7–29, or until all fifty spots are filled. **Registration Full**

the stories behind every 50/50
Personal, political, or punny: every 50/50 artwork has a story that deserves to be heard. Join us for Tiny Talk/s featuring the artists, crafters, and creators participating in 50/50.
Each artist will have an allotted time to discuss their piece, inspiration, challenges, or what the work means to them. Tiny Talk/s are informal — this is a chance to express yourself freely.
