Arts Organization and Arts Project Support
through IAC and CAAC

Arts Project Support (APS) grants provide funding to Indiana arts and non-arts organizations to support a distinct aspect of the organization’s arts activities, such as a one-time event; a single production; an exhibition; an educational seminar; or series of related arts activities, such as art classes or training sessions.

Arts Organization Support (AOS) provides annual operating support for the ongoing artistic and administrative functions of eligible arts organizations that align with the Indiana Arts Commission’s Public Funding Imperatives.

Crediting Funding Organizations

If you receive IAC funding through the Columbus Area Arts Council, you are required to use the following logos on all promotional material:

  • Columbus Area Arts Council

  • Indiana Arts Commission

  • National Endowment for the Arts

Grantees may position the logos as they choose to best fit their design needs while following these guidelines:

  • All logos are sized proportionally to the original dimensions and proportion (i.e. do not squeeze or stretch the logos)

  • Logos must not be resized to make text unreadable

  • Allow adequate space between each logo

If design restrictions on promotional materials preclude you from using the NEA logo, written and/or verbal credit language must be included in marketing and promotional materials related to the funded project. You will be required to demonstrate how this language was incorporated into your promotional materials in your final grant report. This language should read:

“This activity made possible, in part, with support from the Columbus Area Arts Council, the Indiana Arts Commission, and the National Endowment for the Arts.”
