       March Workshop - Diagramming Exercise at The Commons

                           

Nine teens and five counselors participated in writing exercises, an exploration of visual imagery from art books, memory recall, and group focusing exercises.

Dates: June 10-14, 2002

Artists Dante Ventresca and Rebecca Hutton of Theater of Inclusion, Inc., led 11 teens, two of whom had participated in the March workshop at The Commons.  Seven counselors from Youth Services rounded out the painting crew.

 

                                             Second Mural:  Into the Woods

    

Location: Donner Park Shelter House, 19th and Lafayette, Columbus

Dates: August 5-9, 2002

Ventresca and Hutton returned to lead a second mural project in 2002, assisted by 13 teens.
