The Columbus Area Arts Council
(CAAC) is one of 12 Regional Partners charged with implementing
a statewide initiative developed by the Indiana Arts
Commission (IAC). CAAC is the Region 9 Partner
and represents Bartholomew, Dearborn, Decatur, Franklin,
Jackson, Jennings, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties.
As a Regional Partner, the Arts Council works closely
with the IAC to provide four core services: cultural
planning; grantsmaking and management of IAC funds;
information and referral; and, technical assistance.

Kuehl of Greensburg is the Regional Coordinator.
The Region 9 Advisory
Council, comprised of representatives from each
of the nine counties, meets on a regular basis to provide
input into the regionalization process. Click here to
